Masterpiece

I saw CORALINE at the Grove last night and it’s nothing short of a masterpiece. While the movie’s something of a wolf in sheep’s clothing, posing as a children’s film while having more than enough scares and subversive material to rattle even the most seasoned adult moviegoer, the characters and their world are remarkable. The movie’s an absolute must-see, especially if you can check it out in 3D. Just remember – in spite of what the advertising may suggest, its not for kids. Unless you want them to grow up weird.
